Precious Metals Market Timing
We are now in the "Big
Game"

THE WITCHES' SPELL
Double, double, toil
and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
Fillet of a fenny snake
In the cauldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,
Adder's fork, and blind-worm's sting,
Lizard's leg and owlet's wing,
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth, boil and bubble.
Double, double, toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
-WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE
For too many years to count,
lies, thievery, greed, corruption, patronage, ignorance, and
much worse have been the hallmark of our political process. This
has led to the destruction of the buying power of the American
dollar. The pot is full, the heat has been turned up, and the
explosion is imminent. There is no way back and no way out of
this mess. The precious metals complex has informed us that it
will serve as our life jacket and keep us afloat and financially
alive. I suggest that one and all listen to the message.
The Precious Metal Shares are
moving up ahead of gold bullion. They corrected for two years
and now have a full head of steam. They are leading the way.
The shares have always out performed bullion, and they are doing
so once again. Their performance will be spectacular as the price
of gold continues to rise. The cost of production remains relatively
steady. The earnings skyrocket with a rising gold price above
the production cost. This is the second phase and it will be
remembered as a monstrous rise. It will be one for the History
books. The precious metal shares will reach heights not often
seen. When the second phase has completed its work we will soon
thereafter be witness to the third phase. Let's enjoy this second
phase now because the third phase will be hypnotizing.
If you want to trade this precious
metals market, trade lightly. Hold fast to the bulk of your commitment
if it is shares and gold and silver coins. This precious metals
market will most likely fool all types of technical analysis.
It will not be a normal bull market. I will be tracking this
bull with every bit of the 50 years of experience I have acquired.
I will report everything and leave nothing out. Professional
athletes spend much of their lives sweating and toiling in the
hopes of getting to the "Big Game." Folks, whatever
life has held for us up to this point, we are now in the "Big
Game."
The precious metal shares have
been resting for two years. They have clearly broken out to the
upside and have started their second phase.
HUI DAILY
HUI WEEKLY
The MACD indicator on the monthly
chart of the HUI is an excellent guide for the long term direction
of price. Ever since this bull market started, when the blue
line crosses above the red line, price starts to move up on a
prolonged trending basis.

Silver peaked 12 trading days
ago. It has been correcting since the high. The last two trading

means more corrective action directly ahead.
