Silver: Delta Turning Points Ron Rosen February 7, 2005 In spite of all that has been written about the massive silver shortage the price is following its 30 year cycle. If this continues, the price of silver will be declining and moving sideways for at least four years. The charts show the performance of silver during the last great 30 year cycle and compare that performance to the present cycle. The similarity is undeniable.
